No, volunteering is unpaid. However, all volunteers receive recognition, certificates, training, and the opportunity to be part of real heritage projects with long-term impact.

Yes! Many of our tasks—like writing, research, design, or online campaigns—can be done remotely. Fieldwork and community visits are optional and region-specific.

We’re flexible. Some roles require just a few hours a week, others might be more intensive during campaigns or events. You can let us know what works best for you.

Yes! All active volunteers receive an official certificate upon completion. Outstanding contributors may also receive recommendation letters and feature opportunities on our blog and social media.
