Paper Crafts Workshop

Paper Crafts Workshop

The Paper Crafts Workshop invites participants to rediscover the magic of creativity through one of the simplest yet most expressive mediums: paper. Guided by trainers, participants will explore techniques such as folding, cutting, layering, and designing to create crafts inspired by Pakistan’s heritage. From architectural motifs of Mughal monuments to geometric designs seen in shrines, the workshop combines artistic practice with cultural learning. Each piece tells a story—whether a paper lamp influenced by traditional patterns, or a miniature cutout inspired by folk art. The workshop is especially engaging for children and youth, nurturing imagination, patience, and attention to detail. More than just an activity, it serves as a reminder of how even ordinary materials can carry cultural meaning. Participants walk away not only with handmade creations but also with a deeper appreciation for the fusion of craft and heritage.
